Information about audio
The P-ROC board doesn't do audio. At all The assumption with the P-ROC design is: You're running a computer. It's got audio hardware, so you'll use that.
The easy way out
The easiest thing to do is remove the stock pinball speakers, get some cheap PC speakers that fit in the same spot, and hook those up to the computer.
The harder way
Alternatively, you can actually tap into the WPC95 sound board. You just have to build a small cable with some alligator clips to hook on to 2 points on the audio board.
Directions for doing that are here: http://pinballcontrollers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Modifying_a_WPC-95_board_for_Audio_Input
